Hi, I'm Paul and I've been teaching people to drive for more than 20 years in and around Liverpool. I offer the very best* learner driving lesson, and I'll be using all of my knowledge and experience to help you drive well and pass your tests in the quickest possible time. As I'm a grade 6 ADI you are guaranteed that my teaching is the very best available to learners.
My first time pass rate is over 85%, which is more than double the national average. Up to 2009 I worked for BSM, training their instructors for over 5 years, which I believe gives me a greater understanding of the skills needed for all requirements and situations. Learning to drive can be a very expensive and time consuming exercise. My intention is to make this an enjoyable and cost effective experience, ensuring that you are taught in the most practical and thorough way, taking only the number of lessons required. Because I keep my day to day running costs low means I can pass these savings directly on to you, which makes my hourly lesson rate really great value.

(Pre COVID-19) To begin my driving lessons i started with another instructor and i wasn't getting very far, i soon noticed a difference switching to Paul. Paul would happily go the extra mile for anything and go out his way to tailor to your needs, I found myself progressing much faster. His methods are so great you will find your self driving on your first lesson, not a minute wasted. Most importantly you will find he knows you as a person rather than a customer unlike other drivers 5/5 very satisfied Thanks Paul!

Paul is a really patient instructor and .he teaches you everything you need to pass your test I did. He made my lessons comfortable relaxing and he was always friendly.he also built up my confidence on learning to drive.he teaches you maneuvers that you need to achieve to pass . Overall a fantastic instructor and I would recommend paul webb driver training to everyone .

I thoroughly enjoyed all of my driving lessons with Paul. He made learning to drive enjoyable, because he seemed so relaxed, which made me feel at ease. He didn't waste any time when getting things done either and taught everything to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone who is wanting to learn to drive.

I started learning to drive at 17, 14 years later I’ve finally passed my test first time, thanks to Paul. As someone returning to driving lessons after a long period I was understandably nervous, Paul put me at ease from the start. In all the lessons we had together he was always a picture of calmness, explaining everything to me clearly and patiently. In the time we spent driving Paul taught me more than just how to pass my test, he taught me how to be a good driver.
I always looked forward to my lessons, not only is Paul an amazing teacher but he’s a great guy as well and we had some fun

Paul is an excellent instructor. I am a nervous passenger in cars but I can honestly say I am a confident driver thanks to him. He's helpful and friendly and knows what he's talking about. He won't put you in for a test before you're ready - which shows on his incredible first time pass rate, which includes me - and even does a mock test before so you know what to expect. I highly recommend Paul - get on his list as soon as possible! ps Paul sorry this has taken me so long to write!!!

Having started lessons with absolutely no driving experience, Paul made me feel confident behind the wheel from the very first session. With Paul's great support and sense of humour the daunting task of learning to drive becomes fun, and lesson to lesson you really feel as though you're developing as a driver. Not only does he give you the confidence and ability to pass your test, but also to constantly strive to become a better and safer driver all round. After passing first time I couldn't recommend Paul enough, a top driving instructor and a top bloke.

Couldn't be happier with the training I received from Paul. He's a really nice guy, who makes you feel confident behind the wheel. Additionally he wont try to drag out your lessons (like my first instructor), and will have you doing manoeuvres from early on to ensure that you will be really competent when the day of your test arrives. I passed first time, as do nearly all of Pauls other students, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of taking driving lessons.
