Store 100 tonnes of CO2 every year in adored items in people's homes, community spaces and workplaces. Double the area of woodland and wild land in Britain by 2040, demonstrating how this incredible resource can be used. We design and make for a better future in a forward-thinking, zero-waste, carbon-counting workshop and studio in London, England.
We manage woodlands for biodiversity and resources in Kent, England. Visit our workshop, studio and showroom. We exist to change this, championing woodlands and wild lands rich in biodiversity and soaking up CO2. We believe that what we harvest, make and buy can be part of the solution if we ask, 'what resources does nature want to give us?'.

We are well-practised in taking the vision of our client and delivering bespoke furniture which brings it to life. It gives us great pleasure as furniture makers to do so. Discover some of the British wood, surface textures, naturally derived finishes and complementary materials we use in our studio, to realise bespoke pieces of design.
Explore the best of what spring has to offer from the Sebastian Cox workshop, mill, studio and woodland. Stay up to date with the projects, products, events and ideas coming out of the studio, workshop and mill. At the turn of each season we look to our woodland, Broome Wood, for inspiration, guidance and a sense of connection to our wilder world.

The joy of working with wood, is that it is a material that can handle wear and tear if treated correctly.
We're on the Thames Cycle path which you can follow along the River Thames around the o2 and past the Thames Barrier. We're a 15 minute bus journey from North Greenwich tube station, which is on the Jubilee Line. When you arrive on-site at Thames Side Studios, turn into the car park immediately on your left after crossing the barrier.
