This magnificent ten-bedroom sporting lodge is situated in the heart of a 12,000-acre English country estate, surrounded by glorious Sussex countryside. The moment you walk in there is a feeling of peace and tranquility - the warmth and crackle of a roaring log fire welcomes you into the drawing room where you can curl up in an armchair and wile away the hours or discover some of the many sporting activities the Estate has to offer.
The Haybarn was designed with the occupier, Mindtools, in mind. The business is an ambitious and innovative technology business, offering online resources for Management and Leadership Training. MCA provided the design of the building services installations, and the new office is everything Mindtools' employees could have wished for.
North Kent Community Church, now known as Eastgate, moved into a brand new building on Springhead Parkway, part of the developing Ebbsfleet Garden City. Eastgate is a community and worship facility designed with multipurpose space - we have excellent facilities for our church family, the local community, and businesses with a coffee shop at the heart of the building.
MCA has supported Berkeley Group with design and consultancy for Highwood, a new residential development of over new 1000 homes to the West of Horsham, West Sussex. As part of that development, MCA worked with Housing Association, Saxon Weald, to develop Highwood Mill, an 11,000 square metre, five-storey building with a mixture of over one hundred high quality one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for people over 55 for rent and private sale.
The Community Centre forms a central part of Hurst Place, a new development purpose-designed for Senior Living. The Centre boasts a large caf and dining space, a commercial kitchen, therapy room for beauty treatments and holistic massage, several multi-purpose activity rooms that used often used as a fitness studio and for arts and crafts.
