So happy with the services of Watkins Solicitors.
Not only did they manage to help me achieve Legal Aid despite my false allegations of domestic abuse and no evidence whatsoever, they successfully gave me very poor advice resulting in me achieving an undesired outcome.
Top class solicitors, honest, reliable, high level of integrity. Worth every penny of public funds claimed through legal aid.
Would highly recommend to anyone engaging in parental alienation and contact denial of their child for no reason.

Avoid at all costs!
I had the displeasure of using Watkins a few years ago to try and sort out my lease extension. It took 11 months and they still got nowhere. They failed to provide advice or specifications on what I needed to do, didn't act on my instructions, terminated my contract without warning and then didn't pass on my file to my new solicitor. They also failed to respond to my complaint letter so had to go through the legal ombudsman where they eventually coughed up a small amount of compensation. I also had to deal with very rude receptionists at two of their branches and a particularly

I would like to thank Emma for all her hard work and with her knowledge of the SEN system she succeeded in getting my daughters school named in her EHCP after the initial plan had named a mainstream school that would never be able to meet her needs.
I would recommend Watkins Solicitors to anybody having issues with ECHP funding if your child needs to go to the school of your choice and you are not happy with your local council's decision don't give up give Watkins Solicitors a call i am sure they will be able to help.

Through a very difficult process Emma and Beverley have been absolutely fantastic. They have helped advise, support and helped reduce the monumental stress of the EHCP. Appalling conveyancing service. They failed to pay off my mortgage due to what appears to be a clerical error, mistaking a 9 for a 0. They have failed to respond to a formal letter of complaint. I had to sort out settlement of my mortgage myself (which has accrued interest by the time I became aware. It also meant the mortgage company still considered me legally responsible ). An acknowledgment of their evident mistake would have sufficed but nothing! Rude and unprofessional.
