After so many years working with estate agents and talking to vendors, we know that the perceived value of our services to the vendor far outweighs the actual cost to estate agents. We are unlike any other property marketing agency in that we have complete control of the production of all marketing assets, at every step of the process.
We have over 26 years' experience, employ over 100 photographers and are confident that we are best in class when it comes to producing beautiful property photography. As the old adage goes "A picture paints a 1000 words" and a great set of photographs can really help sell a property. All our photographers are members of the Royal Photographic Society and are trained to deliver the very best in property photography.
GotoView is NicheCom's accompanied virtual viewing platform that combines a Matterport 3D showcase with video call facilitation, pulled together in an easy to navigate web portal. This new service gives agents the ability to host a virtual viewing with a number of prospective buyers who can log in for live video chat.
Driven by the visual nature of the internet, we have seen floor plans become an essential aid to the selling of properties. Vendors are becoming far more educated in terms of how they would like their property marketed. Not all floor plans are the same. Unlike any other agency, every floor plan supplied by NicheCom is drawn by one of our RICS Certified Measurers and carries with it the required level of insurance.
Our aerial filming and photography using remotely piloted drones, gives an elevated "birds eye" view of a property and can really help a listing stand out from the crowd. Drone photography can quickly highlight an appealing location or showcase the grounds of a property.

I wanted to say what a great job Pete has done with the property he went out to, it’s overgrown, not been lived in for years and is far from what you would call the standard home, or photo ready. Pete said he’d do the best he could, and we didn’t hold high hopes for how they’d turn out due to the subject matter, not Petes skills.

Poor service. We paid £133 for photographs of our property. The photographer was rather miserable and rushed....spent 45 minutes on site and failed to take pictures from the best angles (e.g. failed to take picture of our drive that showed our full drive, garage and house). The quality was also very poor and blurred (e.g. we had laid out dinning table to show luxury setting...but photo too blurred to see). Would never use again and regard as a waste of money and time (1 week from initiated to photos being delivered to agent despite us paying immediately when called and taking the first available

Have used NicheCom for 3 years now and never any issue that couldn't immediately be sorted. Hayley and Sol in particular are very fast and fantastic photographers and the production team are all very helpful and clearly great at what they do.
