Compass Point has partnered with a leading Fresh Produce business in their search for a Multi-skilled Engineer on a Panama, Day shift pattern. The business is part of a large group with long standing relationships with many major retailers. You will be working with 2 very supportive Engineering M. I own a design and manufacture company is Suffolk and have used Compass Point regularly over the years for both temporary placements or permanent members of staff. We had a lady join us via compass point a few months ago that has turned out to be one of the best members of staff we have had in years. We would never have found her without Compass Point and whilst there are fees to pay, it is worth every penny when you get it right. We will continue to use their services in the future. Lovely people too, which helps.

I recently relocated from London to Bury St Edmunds, and was delighted when I found this local recruitment agency. Awful, signed up with them February 9th, had a very poor interview with their guy. It's now 29th March, and in that time, have only had contact with them once, and that was because I called them.(early in March). Their guy (Keiran), told me he had a meeting with a client on the Friday morning, and promised to call me in the afternoon. Guess what,… no call. Was promised a copy of my CV in their format, it never materialised. From the forced conversation I had when I called them, it seems all they do is email your CV out, and hope for a response.
