Devastated with my hair cut and colour. Completely the wrong colour. Charged at Directors prices for something I could have done better with box of dye at home. Ruined my day and my holiday. I will go back to get it fixed but never again.

Thank you to Alex at Karizma Hair and Beauty who took time out this morning to cut little lady's hair even though you were busy as we passed.
Bad organisation on my part we'd missed our usual hairdresser so thought I'd pop into town to get it done - was feeling utterly demoralised having been told by 2 other salons they do not cut "afro" hair...booked a regular 6 week appointment...have a very happy little girl xx
