Services
Brunel Engineering Services is a British manufacturing company serving many industries where there are Packaging or Glue related requirements. This includes Carton and Paper manipulation, Printing, Print Finishing and Bookbinding to name but a few.

We see ourselves both as Machine Builders and Glue Application Specialists, and as well as specifying, selling and installing both Hotmelt and Coldglue Systems, we also stock and sell a good range of adhesives from our Wiltshire facility. We are the European agents for Multifeeder Technology Friction feeders and Labellers and carry a good range of spare parts from stock.
Integrated Glueing Technology Ltd, or igluetech for short, and Brunel Engineering Services Ltd are sister companies, with the same staff, operating from the same address here in Wiltshire. The combination of both companies have been working with Glue Application Equipment for over 30 years. Most of our staff have very long service, and are highly experienced.
Brunel Engineering Services are the UK and Ireland agents for Multifeeder Technology Friction feeders and Labellers. Normally we have Feeders in stock for quick delivery or can show your products on them in our demonstration room. Feeders for the european market are CE marked and come in two ranges, 'V', Signature Series and 'ip', Industrial performance Series.
These provide a hold-down force to keep paper and board products firmly pinned down while they undertake further processing operations like Tape Application, Tipping or Glueing. Our Vacuum Conveyors are variable speed, typically up to 100 linear m/min, via a simple Turn-Pot control. Normally single phase supply, however 3 phase is possible.
The Octo conveyor features three separate vacuum belts, each repositionable sideways, and each with four vacuum sections, total of 12. The Octo is variable speed, up to approx 80 linear m/min, via a simple Turn-Pot control. We use an inverter drive with Digital input option, should you require to control the speed from an external source.
