Replace your lamps for new LED energy efficient type that will also outlast conventional lamps. Use an energy saving dimmer switch - not all dimmers are energy saving some just convert the energy to heat. Install a sensor to automatically switch on / off lights to hall, bathroom, toilets and outside lighting.
