Fantastic service - found myself with an MOT failure on December 23rd, chain garage who did the test told me they couldn’t fix it, and sent me on my way with no suggestion of what to do. Happened to be driving past Autotest on my way home, popped in and even though they were fully booked, they sourced the part and slotted me in on Christmas Eve. Fantastic service and I’ll definitely be back!

My car has been MOTed and serviced for couples of years and problems around emission has been flagged up and sorted out by them couple of times. This time, same problem that perhaps car was not used much (it's lock-down for last two years!) and took the cheapest option; full cleaning and MOT again. cost £400 and got dashboard light on the way home when collection. Took it back next morning and was told that it's EGR valve fault. Oh, EGR is to reduce emission. However, said it's not because of cleaning they did. That's fine. More, went to say, told you that get a new car. Yes, know that getting

A clutch was successfully changed on my VW Polo. However, a few days later the Power Steering became heavy and the dashboard lights were coming on and this issue occurred at random while driving. It was then unsafe to drive and I had to restart the car in order to clear the fault which then kept happening.
I did some Google research and found others had this problem after a clutch change and although the 2 issues are unrelated, damage may accidently been caused by the clutch change due to the delicate nature of the work involved.
I took the car back to the garage and they denied any liability

I do not know much about cars but i have been delighted by their servicing! I got the silver service as my car had not been serviced for over a year! They were friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly professional. They are a trustworthy team and I will be going back for all of my car related issues from now on.
