As tenants Mr Green treated us badly and left our family in poor conditions without reporting anything to the landlord. Multiple rent increases with no repairs or maintenance. We resorted to uploading video footage evidence onto YouTube in attempt to get water leaking through floorboards into below property fixed! Only then were we forced to leave without any help or assistance relocating. We were discriminated by Mr Green. Flat not fit to live in and had to seek help from Citizen Advice. Mr Green put our lives and the land lords property at risk. Avoid renting from Mr Green but have confidence

It's very rare I leave a positive review but these guys deserve one. The service is second to none. Always quick to respond to questions and walk you through every step of the way. Dealt with a few of the team and they all really know their stuff but a big shout out to Ryan who I found exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using Mr Green again in the future.

The friendly team at Mr Green were very helpful and supportive during the challenging sale of my family home for which I was Executor. Louis, Peter and Phoebe kept in continuous touch with me throughout the process and worked hard to bring the sale to a successful conclusion. The photos and video of the property were excellent. The marketing materials attracted a lot of interest and a large number of viewings. I would recommend Mr Green as a modern estate agent which uses creative and innovative ideas to sell property. As Landlords we found every staff member we dealt with at Mr Green Lettings very competent and efficient, if you had a query or an issue – it would dealt with promptly. The young team were also very polite at all times; the various heads of sections must find mediating between the Landlord and Tenant(s) extremely stressful at times especially in a an overheated property market like Bournemouth’s. We were especially impressed with their handling of the tenant and the large number of viewings they had to arrange when we reluctantly had to put our property up for sale. Just as a final thought

Very impressed with the whole team at Mr Green.
I sold my aunt’s bungalow through them and found them to be efficient courteous and professional throughout the whole process. Also extremely proactive
.Any queries were dealt with promptly and if the person who was dealing was unavailable another team member took ‘ownership or I was called back within agreed timescale. This was especially important as I do not live in the area.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.
