Shocking experience today at the Milton Keynes branch, the mechanics were apparently unable to continue to carry out my MOT due to not being able to pop my bonnet open. As soon as my partner arrived back to the garage he opened it straight away. The bloke didn’t pull the leaver hard enough for it to unclip.
We’ve walked away with our MOT not completed and will not be returning back to them!

Booked my mot online visiting the pudsey in Leeds branch I must say I well recommend this garage even tho my car failed they repaired what was wrong and within a few hours I had it back fantastic service very polite people working there cannot fault them at all my daughter had used them days earlier and she was very happy as well with the service offered 10 out of 10 from me

What should of been a 3 hour job took 6 days! After 3 attempts to put in a clutch finally get the car back and whilst driving the brakes had gone to then find they had damaged parts to stop the brakes working! Which they never told us about! Rang them up for joe to say drive the car back in! With no brakes!! No customer service skills and shoddy work! Avoid at all costs !!

The Full service is largely a waste of time. nothing really gets replaced like you would expect on a "full" service
no fuel filter cabin… filter etc. it's a waste of time.
if you want brake fluid,cabin and fuel filters changing as part of your service....it's literally more than double the cost of going to basically any other garage who include those things as part of the service.
I know the schedule is on the website so it's my own fault. But I've never felt so robbed of money in my life. I basically paid £240 for

I recently booked my car in for a full service and received excellent customer service from Alex. Subsequent to the service, I had additional work carried out which, although there was a bit of a hiccup over parts, it was dealt with very professionally by Paul and Alex and resolved very quickly.

Job quoted online by Whocanfixmycar for £85, the chap at the garage didn't want to accept the deal so I had to pay £145. If you contact the IN'N'OUT head office, they say that they will contact you but they just ignore your complaint. Bad experience, avoid this company, they just attract people using comparison sites and after they don't respect the pacts.

Brilliant service. I booked in for a brake check and service. I was told that my brakes were OK and there was no work needed. And there was no charge! They could have easily told me differently and got some work out of me! Honesty goes a long way and I shall definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended by me 👍

Had my air-conditioning re gassed today. Did it while I waited with no booking. I did have an issue with my coolant tank as a result but it was fixed free of charge for me and you can't say fairer than that. Very honest, very friendly and I would definitely recommend. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to leave 5 stars here

Brilliant from start to finish! Excellent service and communication from helpful staff. Saturday 24 October they was able to fix my car Kia Pro Ceed explaining what went wrong and getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. And the price was very reasonable too. Garage is safe in regards of Covid safety measures. I would highly recommend and will be using this MOT& Full Service again next year. Definitely worthy of five star rating!

We had problems with the brakes on our 1985 lotus excel. We were seen straight away by a very professional and polite mechanic named Salvatore. We left the car with him.. he rang later stating the calipers had siezed .. i managed to get a set delivered and he spoke to his boss who decided they would fit them for us. He spent all afternoon on the car but couldnt fix it. They also agreed to store the car over night to await recovery. They didnt charge us anything for the work and salvatore refused to accept money as a thank you. I would recommend this garage and we would like to thank Salvatore personally
