Signature Flat Roofing is a new system with a 25-year labour and material warranty backed by its manufacturers Sig Roofing Supplies, who have been a long established company.

Aberdeen Broomhill Maintenance is a subsidiary company of Aberdeen Broomhill Rooofing (established in 1986). Painting and Decorating: we offer a very high standard of painting and decorating, our decorator has over 40 years experience.
We are a member of Safe an organisation of health & safety. We are trained by them and in constant contact with them. We supply all health & safety risk assessments. We supply all sizes of access lifts operated by a trained driver. Our scaffolding is erected by either one of our own trained workmen of the bigger projects by a qualified company.

I cannot thank Jim and his team enough.
I needed a total re-roof , new velux windows and decided to have the gutters, downpipes and facias changed at the same time along with painting the exterior walls.
A fabulous team of hardworking, polite, cheerful and above all professional guys turned up early every day and worked non stop. Nothing was too much trouble and when complete everything was left clean and tidy.
A fabulous job that I'm delighted with.
From the first phone call I made for a quote to the last day of completion, a really reliable firm that I would 100% recommend.

Following yet another episode of rainwater coming off the Dormer windows and under/through the tiles we decided to go for a complete re-roof back to the rafters.
Jim responded quickly, gave us a good price and arranged for the scaffolding to be erected and the skips to be delivered.
The crew were excellent and obviously knew what they were doing, their attention to detail going above and beyond what we might have expected.
Owing to the time of year the job took a few days to complete, but the roof was left secure and watertight each evening.
On completion everything was left neat and tidy with

Recently had a flat felt roof replaced by Aberdeen Broomhill Roofing (Aberdeen, West End). Getting a quote was straightforward and Jim (the owner) arrived at the agreed time to look at what work needed to be done. I received a written quote in the post (very competitive price) and gave the go ahead for the work to be done. Really pleasant guys who worked hard to get the job done. Will certainly be using them again for any other work I need doing.
