Excellent service all round. I rang to enquire about copying a couple of medical reports - the phone was answered immediately and I was given clear and helpful instructions about how to get there, where to park and how to let them know I had arrived (as the shop itself is closed due to COVID).
When I arrived and parked behind the shop as directed, a member of staff came out into the car park immediately to meet me and politely asked what needed to be done. I waited in my car and he returned literally a couple of minutes later, job complete.

Not enough staff on at dinnertime. Only one at till and not even trained properly to use till as had to call kitchen staff out to help use till. Lots of people waited 20 mins to order food and drink. Staff took my money when I ordered drink then served someone else and forgot to poor my drinks I ordered. I was stood at bar. Public seen queue when walking in so walked back out. Lots of trade lost. I blame management as it's there responsibility. And she was no where to be seen or assist.
