Renowned for our capabilities, the business has steadily expanded since opening our doors in 1971 embracing technology, developing new skills, broadening our customer base and diversifying to suit both demand and trends over the years. We remain proud that we do everything in-house from survey and design to project management, manufacture, installation as well as pre-planned and reactive maintenance.
During that time I've risen through many of the different areas which exist within an operational business experiencing everything from estimating to financing, procurement to project management and a bit of all things in between too. I now lead and guide our management team to ensure continuous upward progression for the Company.
From conception through to completion, I follow the journey of many of our projects in a combined role of Salesperson and Project Manager. You'll find me out on the road, meeting customers, surveying, discussing potential prospects and live projects or back at the office co-ordinating project delivery.
Since leaving education over twenty years ago then joining the company as an Office Junior, I've never looked back. Now Customer Service Manager, I ensure we keep achieving the results our clients expect and which we strive to fulfil. Whether communicating with new and existing customers, providing a quick quote or instructing work through the business, my role is central to our operation.
Having joined the company in 2008 on what was a short-term basis, the years have flown by and I'm still here! As Customer Service Representative, I'm one of the first points of contact many of our clients speak with when they approach us. There's never a quiet moment as it's a fast-paced environment processing the significant variety and volume of enquiries we receive daily by phone, e-mail and internet.
