On Aug 32021 as I was traveling to my nephews wake who was murdered by a dollar tree employee simple for stealing a pack of $1.00 lighters. I was rear ended EXTREMELY hard by a 2019 Black Lincoln Continental which was owned by Fred Tillman who owns over 70 that's right 70 local McDonald's. After the report was taken and everyone departed ways I finally obtained a copy of the accident report 72 hours later and found that Mr. Tillman did in fact receive a ticket for FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PROPER LOOK OUT. I've been insured by Chubb for about a decade, maybe longer. They used to be incredible. Something happened around 2 years ago, and they've gone downhill fast. Their response times are now atrocious - expect to wait at least a week for any response at all. For my previous renewal, I kept asking why the increase was so high, and they kept waiting a week to give non-answers. Finally I called and got through to the person answering the phone - before I could even begin my question, she informed me in a very accusatory manner that my account was past due.

Chubb Insurance Company agreed to cover my claim after their insured hit me. I was not at fault. I am very disappointed and having to take legal action since they are not fulfilling my requested loss in value that my GMC truck sustained when I was rear ended by their insured. This has been a huge headache and hassle and has taken a lot more of my time to get Chubb to do what they are legally bound to do. Terrible. They have the highest premiums and pay the least amount on claims. Insurance agents seem to love this company, I can only assume it's because they get high incentives. I have USAA and never had a problem. A Chubb customer hit my car and left the scene, doing $15,000 of damage. They were such a pain to deal with, and so incredibly rude. Just filed a small claims suit because they only offered me a fraction of the loss, thinking it would be too expensive to pursue remedies. Luckily MA allows small claims cases due to vehicular damage to exceed the $7,000 limit.

I'm very disappoint with this insurance company. I haven't heard anything back from these guys in 4 months after filing my claim # ACE014888, when my car was hit in the back by car that was insured by them while I was in mexico in Jan this year. Their insurance adjuster came and took photos and told me that he needs to get an acknowledgement from the other party. I provided the contact info and their insurance info as well. I was told that the other party is not returning his call and that he can't move forward with the claim. To me this is total BS, if the other party does not

Don't buy anything from these guys. I travelled to Mexico and had an accident on the way down. They offered me no help to get from the accident back to civilization. I ended up paying a private citizen to drive me and my belongings to my destination. I submitted a proper receipt and proof of payment. They sent me an email indicating that I was denied. They gave no coherent explanation as to why and ignored all my questions. They are crooks in my opinion. It has been two months and numerous emails but still no answers. I fell fractured my foot in three separate places and my supplemental insurance was CHUBB. I called them answered all their questions and they assured me that was all the information they needed. Then I get the packet and hobble my broke foot around to everyone to fill out their part which I should have never had to do. I send that packet into CHUBB. Nothing ever happens. I call them again to see what's going on and it's like nothing has ever been documented. I ended up out of work for a while then light duty because I am a state law enforcement officer. Chubb to settle the claim with our HOA. This means that repairs have barely started one FULL YEAR after the damage. They did release enough money for us to begin on the roof, but not enough to finish the units to the walls (the part the HOA is responsible for). Their demands and processes have been ridiculous. There is no way this should take this long when families are displaced from their homes and have undue financial burdens do to Chubb stalling on payment.

I was in the process of verifying the application, however I wanted to do more research about the insurance, so I requested to put a hold on my application before signing anything. I was transferred to a supervisor and he said it could not be placed on hold or change it at all. I requested to cancel and would call back when I've become more informed about the company. He said "Sure, you can cancel" and hung up the phone (power move, I guess?). I am glad my instincts were correct. I cannot imagine having a claim with this type of customer service and resistance... it would be denied

I just had the worst customer service experience of my life! I was rear ended by a driver who holds a policy with Chubb. A Chubb insurance agent INSTRUCTED me to take the vehicle in for diagnostics and assured me that I will get reimbursed. I payed $300 for 2 hours of diagnostics to find out that there were no major damages. I submitted the claim and im now being told that since there are no damages, I will NOT be reimbursed for the expenses! How does this make any sense?? What a scam!

My husband has a workers comp settlement award since november sixth , in 3 business days it will be the deadline to recieve the check, but that is not the point , my husband has congestive heart failure and the stress is not helping his health. I am extremely frustrated with this company. I was hit by their insured 2 weeks ago, went through the process of having the adjuster come out, sent my pictures in - their own driver is not being compliant and waited over a week to respond to them. I have been extremely helpful so we can get this claim finished and so that my car can get taken care of.
I have $1,700 worth of damage to my passenger door after their driver backed into it. My car was beautiful before this damage and I want to get it back to the perfect shape it was in before this accident.

I am waiting still (3 weeks now) to hear back from Liz Holling, adjustment person at Chubb.com where my claim #77142738 was filed after their insured SMASHED into my car when he decided to JUMP out of line at Starbucks to NOT get coffee. He tried to get me to let him pay me cash, but refused any medical treatments ( i had TWO chiro visits). He is/was insured by Bankers Standard Insurance company which also calls themselves Willis Personal Lines at 16220 N Scottsdale Road. #600. Which also goes by www.Chubb.com where Ms. Holling is employed. I seem to have no recourse but to call my own company
