Buying a property in such a state of disrepair was somewhat of a leap of faith for us as we do not live in the area and are not particularly experienced in property refurbishment.
We were very lucky to come across Nick and Nick from William Bowley. They are both very approachable and we always felt the project was in capable hands. They are very professional and always come up with good suggestions. The teams they employ are top quality and we are very happy with the end result and the standard of finish. We highly recommend them.

E would not hesitate to recommend William Bowley. What was meant to be a quick and easy extension and new kitchen turned into a 6 month slog which kept throwing up problems. However these were all faced with a calm professionalism which kept us going through the stressful times.
From the very first meeting we had with Nick (we dealt with both Nicks) we felt reassured that our home was in good hands. They always kept us up to date with what was happening, and how much things would cost, and were incredibly patient with all our questions and indecisions.

We bought our apartment in Dorset as a second home, knowing that it needed refurbishing. We needed someone who could do the work and the project management for us, given our main home is in the Midlands. From our first meeting with ‘the Nicks’, they were professional and knowledgeable and produced a detailed first specification which we were able to go through and amend before work started. The project was managed efficiently, with excellent communication throughout. We received weekly updates including photos so that, although we couldn’t visit often, we could see how well the work was progressing

We heard about William Bowley from a friend. When we met Nick and Nick, we were impressed with their thoroughness in preparing their quote. That thoroughness was carried through the rest of the project. The quote was extremely detailed, and they were happy to make the many changes we requested as we refined our thoughts. They spent a lot of time trying to understand the type of look and finish we were after, within the budget we had set out. Once we agreed the final quote, their methodical approach meant everything went to time and on budget, except for the odd unforeseen change. We were impressed
