We have been based in the heart of Middlesex, working with professional connections for a number of years until recently moving our office to Northampton. We have moved to Northampton as this provides easy access to the M1 to enable us to reach our clients who are geographically spread up and down the M1 corridor.

Prospectus Financial Management Ltd has been helping clients navigate complex financial markets for over 20 years, and from those very early days our business has evolved primarily through client recommendations. Now based in the heart of Northampton, we provide impartial, unbiased and objective independent financial advice, with a view to protecting and enhancing our clients' wealth and sense of well-being.
We contact you to arrange a convenient time and place to meet. We'll require you to gather financial information in advance of our meeting. This will enable us to develop a clearer picture about your particular situation. To help us do this, we'll need to see documents, including life assurance, mortgage, pension, savings, investments or bank statements.
There are times when it can prove difficult to establish your true financial needs, which is why we provide advice in a friendly and understandable manner. Prospectus Financial Management Ltd has been built based on honesty, reliability and an excellent service. Many of our clients have personally trusted us for over 20 years, and throughout this period we've developed many good friendships.
For larger portfolios, generally in excess of (250,000), we charge an annual investment management fee but do not charge each time a change is made to the investments within the portfolio. We believe this best aligns the interest of the client and adviser and does not encourage excessive switching of investments.
