Services
Autonet Insurance is an Insurance Broker, first established in 1998 in Stoke-On-Trent; this was the opening chapter in what has become a very successful insurance story. After just two years we hit a turnover of one million pounds. Success continued year after year and we have grown to become one of the UK's largest insurance brokers with a turnover in excess of 130 million.
As the UK's largest independently owned broker for van insurance we pride ourselves on customer service and insurance experience. We cater for a wide array of vehicle types as well as occupations and vehicle usage for all our customers. Not only can we insure your van for commercial use, but many of our underwriters will offer terms for people who use their vehicles for private use.
Breaking down can be a nightmare for most drivers, especially if you're on a long journey. Whether it's as simple as the battery going flat - to steam pouring out of the engine, having AXA Assistance breakdown cover will give you peace of mind that someone will be there to assist you should your vehicle breakdown.
What would you do if the tools you used to work were damaged as a result of an accident, or even worse, someone was to break into your van and steal them?

Well here at autonet, we aim to offer a low cost tools in van insurance policy that protects you from having to find the money to replace your tools should you find yourself in the unfortunate position that you are unable to work, due to the theft of your tools from your van or the tools are damaged as a result of an accident involving the van.
Aviva, Ageas, Liverpool Victoria and AXA are just a few of the companies we use when selecting insurance policies for our customers. We cater for all ages and driving experience. The majority of our insurers will discount policies and also name multiple drivers onto one policy. Don't use this company for Car Insurance.
Terrible Car Insurance Company,
20 mins on hold cancelled my car insurance as do not need my car any more, was told I was due £64 rebate, however less a £50 cancellation fee so only being refunded £14 !! ???
I paid the policy in full when I took it out. Never had a claim, have full no claims and still a kick in the teeth £50 cancelation fee DISCUSTING steer well clear of Autonet insurance, next stop Twitter and Facebook
Had a reply from Samantha Autonet Insurance, not good enough, hiding behind Terms of Business, how about some good customer relations

Have used Autonet for a few years, and this years renewal doubled in price. When I contacted them to cancel my policy they made it virtually impossible. I feel that being an auto renewal policy they up the price a huge amount knowing you can't stop it. I will not use them again, and will strongly advise all I know not to. You would think in a competitive industry they would be more friendly and flexible.

Dishonest.
Took out a car insurance policy through Autonet. Just 2 weeks in we changed our car to a diesel Volvo and were quoted over £650 to change the policy over, when comparison sites quoted less than £300 for a new policy. When we cancelled we were refunded £125 on a £205 premium, Costing us £80 for 2 weeks insurance. Disgusting business tactics from a shyster company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

An absolutely dreadful experience with this company who I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
They wanted £173 + to change my current policy to a new vehicle, same make, same model, and to cancel my policy meant I have paid £150+ for one month's insurance cover!! Their service is nothing short of abysmal.
Never, ever, use this company. I am contacting the Insurance Ombudsman about this company's sharp practices.

Awful company, more than happy to take your money, But try claiming for a stolen car and they just don't want to know. They told me that they were just the broker and I had to contact the underwriter myself. an absolute abomination of a company, avoid at all costs.
Sadly I can't give zero stars.

Would leave one star but unfortunately Google doesn't allow that probably working in favour of auto-net but anyway just paid them £99 for a monthly installment and asked for cancellation one week later they still wanted £42 right near the end of my policy as well. Spoke to Georgie she was unwilling to talk to anyone else in cancellations or management to waiver the fee. Also struggle to tell me the difference between fees if I was to cancel one week earlier seems as though they're making it up as they go along just to get the maximum from hard working public.
Also just wanted to mention their
