We have recently moved into a Clarendon Homes development just off the Ashford Road, Maidstone. Woodside Court has just 8 homes. The standard of build is excellent. The specification is high. The design is modern and exactly right for the 21st century. The homes have embraced the latest eco-friendly construction methods and include Air Pump heating… from a Misubishi unit. Like many people we had got used to traditional gas boilers, and therefore we did some research before committing. Our experience has completely allayed the issues we wondered about. Not been in for a look but pass this everyday watching them grow. Look like very nice properties very handy if you need the train into London. A local co-op and a very handy friendly newsagent. Easy access to m20. Lots of passing traffic due to being on A 20 but hopefully the build quality will reflect this. But a small price to pay if you fancy a rural way of life as lots of other positives.

Building our new property with Clarendon Homes at their Wevers Park development has been an absolute pleasure from communications with floor plans to negotiating prices and making selections, the whole process has been seamless and straight forward. I bought a Clarendon home a few years ago and I would not hesitate to buy another one. I am now moving to downsize and will miss my home very much.
