Sally was absolutely BRILLIANT and helped us so much. She wasn't pushy at all and gave us her honest opinion on what suited us and what didn't and she helped us to pick two wedding rings that we love. I can't recommend Fidra enough!

I went searching for an engagement ring with no clear idea of what I was looking for. Harriet at Fidra was exceptionally friendly, helping to direct my search and performing the role of hand model while I worked out what would suit my partner best. Eventually I found a beautiful ring. I returned a week later with my new fiancée and Fidra resized it for us free of charge. Thank you Harriet and the team at Fidra for a wonderful experience!

The jewelry is nice, some stuff just beautiful. Not all jewerly is vintage or antique and they dont give you a good history of rings which is a shame. There is also a customer service that is as crucial and here at Fidra's customer service is poor. This is mainly about the manager of the shop. Very off putting and very judgemental. One contact that I had with her just made me angry and disappointed.

Bought a lovely vintage emerald trilogy ring for my wife this week. The service was excellent and the two ladies very helpful over a number of weeks. Lots of lovely vintage and Art Deco pieces.

Fantastic service from Fidra. I had lost a stone from a very old ring. they found a stone to match the colour and cut of the remaining diamonds. I'm delighted with the result.

This jewellery store has such an olde worlde feel about it. It wouldn't look out of place on the set of Harry Potter. Specialising in Victorian, Edwardian and Art Deco jewellery, there are some stunning items in here if you're into vintage. However, the prices sometimes feel a little inflated compared to other stores containing similar period pieces. Yet the level of service and care paid to the stock is undeniable.
