I was okayed replacement for my tumble dryer so order sent to currys they then contacted me to pick up appliance bit inconvenient but i arranged for a neighbour to transport me to pick it up got to currys to my dismay order had been cancelled and refund returned to global i then phoned them while in shop i got through to mark dalton supposedly a technician i explained situation but all he was interested in was id called him incompetant and that he was ending the call he wasnt a bit sympathetic as a customer paying for a service how badly treated id been and he even had the cheek to suggest that

Behaved like crooked thieves with my policy and I won in court. I had to take these despicable low lives to court as they refused to pay out on my fully justified GIM (part of AXA) insurance policy claim. The court agreed that they had behaved in a disreputable manner and I am now following up with the industry body to report their disgraceful conduct that included them blatantly lying to me, underhand behaviour such as making misleading statements to dissuade me from taking further action after they refused to pay my claim in clear contractual breach and constantly ignoring communications, promised
