Very very happy with the service I received! I took my car in for diagnostics after it began to make a strange noise; from arriving at the garage I received incredible service and felt very safe leaving my car there to be diagnosed. I was informed of everything they were going to do with my car before I left making me feel even more secure. I was even more surprised when my car was finished and ready to go home within the day! All round they are extremely professional and kind, I will definitely be bringing my car back for future services!

I can’t fault the service I’ve received from Automotive Cardiff over the years. The team are fully proficient at what they do, very approachable, and totally trustworthy. James’s knowledge and expertise is immense, and he’s consistently able to identify and resolve any problems that arise - it took him a matter of minutes during my most recent visit. The price I got was expensive, because they use genuine parts only. However, that is not a fault on their part. The service I received was amazing and I was also only charged for an hour of labor even though the diagnostics alone took longer.
I would recommend to anyone who wants the best quality work. You get what you pay for!

Very happy with overall experience. Good diagnostic and timely repair. Garrage was thoroughly professional and had the right knowledge and skill.
Only down side for me was that I found prices to be a bit steep compared to what you will get charged in similar garages. Will use them again, but for specialist repairs/diagnostics.
Edit: I think I have been stingy with stars hence amended. Your service was on spot and I am happy with the repair. I think £59 paid for diagnostics should have been considered a little in the final bill.
