What I like about 16i is their real can-do attitude from everybody that works there. What we're doing together is quite complex and it really helps that we've got a good flexibility and collaboration on how we're going to solve the challenges which we're trying to. There's a general sense of 'we'll find a way' that works for everybody and that's a fantastic way to work.

Not only did they get a full understanding of my business and the procedures that went along with our services, they also thought outside of the box in order to better our product and help us get and keep more customers.

Having recently completed a software development project with the team at 16i, I would definitely recommend them. They were able to help with complex requirements which changed over time and the client services team was always there to assist. No query seemed too much and the project was delivered on time and on budget. What more could anyone want?
