The names of RAC Symes & Co and William Bains have been known to generations in the Scunthorpe area. The values of both firms revolved around excellent client care, quality service and technical expertise. In 1999 RAC Symes & Co and Bains merged to become Symes Bains and in 2000 the merged practice moved into its current offices at 2 Park Square in Scunthorpe.

Paid £120 for 1 hour consultation... I was booked to see Tracy.... Unfortunately she was the only solicitor on duty at the office that day and was late for my appointment by 15 mins so my appointment overun.
I do believe in a face-to-face consultation where possible ( all covid conditions were adhered to) and I was very glad I did , as she was professional, informative and likeable.... And should I need her services I wouldn't hesitate to employ her .

I would never use this company again, and I would strongly advise others not to do so either. The whole process is SO SLOW!! They don't return calls, messages, texts or emails, and you have to constantly and persistently badger them to get anything done. Dreadful from start to finish, never again..

Ellis and Emma did an incredible job on a tricky London property transaction during a difficult time, considering the pandemic this year. They were both very professional, patient, and responsive and I am eternally grateful for them seeing the sale/purchase over the line after many stumbling blocks. Not bad considering the agro we had to go through with the seller. Although contact wise not the best as we had to keep chasing up on everything with them and instructions on next steps were often last minute or not very clear. But staff were always nice and did try their best so considering the seller made things difficult from day one I'd say they did a pretty good job.
