In 2008 the practice was incorporated, yet continued to be branded as 'Sansom & Co' so that it remained recognisable to our valued clients. Michael Harwood & Co also started at a similar time to Sansom & Co, being originally established by Michael Harwood. The firm is now run by his son, Mark Harwood.
Year End Financial Statements and Abbreviated Financial Statements for private limited companies. Submission to HMRC with Corporate Tax Returns. Filing with Companies House. Year End Financial Accounts for Sole-Trader and Partnerships and submission to HMRC.
