Ashwin has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, having started his broking career with GRE at the age of 17. As well as driving the development of BHIB, Ashwin handles a book of clients, and was also instrumental in establishing Brokerbility over 10 years ago. He is a prominent member of the local business community and has been involved in a number of local initiatives.

Callum has worked within the insurance industry for 14 years. A short break allowed him to further his horizons with a Yacht building company, during which time he experienced the requirements of a contracting-type business first hand. This gives Callum a unique insight into this sector of the insurance market.
