We had several different signs done by OTW.
Our issue was with the floor sign(which was as Ivan said is a specialist heated treated job) , - it started peeling at the edges within a few weeks as it was stuck down with a simple adhesive .
We contacted Ivan, who said they would find a solution. Several weeks later there was still no solution and he agreed to refund us for that sign. It has now been several weeks since then and we are still waiting for our refund. I have emailed Ivan each week kindly asking him to process the refund and each week he says he will get it done.So while the initial
