Open all day, seven days a week, serving breakfast, coffee and cake, lunch, drinks and dinner, we aim to be Kenilworth's favourite local.
Services
The old proverb demands that we should eat breakfast like Kings (and Queens). We serve up the favourites and always prioritise quality produce - our eggs and bacon are free-range and our sausages are from Jimmy Butler's farm. Starting the day has never tasted so good. Our speciality coffee is Union Hand-roasted's Compaero blend of beans from small-scale co-operatives in Peru and Honduras.

Made a last minute Sunday evening dinner booking for a catch up with a friend. Our food was fantastic with good vegetarian options. Would particularly recommend the creme brulée which had a very good top to creme ratio. For the covid-conscious, the tables were well spaced, all the waiting team wore their masks at all times, and when we visited (7pm on a Sunday in January) it was just busy enough to have atmosphere, but not so much that it felt risk. Definitely a new favourite restaurant in the area - will be back for sure.

Not one to pop up a negative review as I know it must be so difficult for a restaurant to get it right every time but was so disappointed with tonights meal. Went with my wife and step daughter for a birthday celebration which we mentioned when booking.
Unfortunately our starter of garlic ciabatta was part frozen and had to be sent back, the replacement was completely overdone. The mains particularly the steak were excellent. Really nice environment to dine in. Was disappointed not to have the bill reduced because of the starter. Overall was underwhelmed but judging by the excellent reviews maybe

We had pre -booked for a party of 12, they had asked us to confirm our dinner choices from the Sunday menu in advance. I went for the Ham and Cheese Croquettes, Beef and Ale pie, finished off with the Apple and Blackberry crumble. No problem there, perfectly understandable that they'd want to know our meal choices so they can ensure they have those dishes available. Had a nice pint of Grolsch while we waited for everyone to arrive, then were seated pretty quickly. The starter was nice, and the beef and ale pie was really nice too. The crumble may have been nice, I don't know, because they didn
