We are Hot & Cold Installations Ltd. We are a proud business conducting plumbing and heating services such as servicing, installation and maintenance. We carry out repairs and maintenance on gas, heating and plumbing systems in homes and rental properties throughout Essex and London. Sadly after moving to the area 5 years ago we were unfamiliar to a good heating engineers/plumbers. With this we were exposed to a few tradesmen that couldn't quite fix the problem but then I was highly recommended to speak to Lee and his company to assess the situation, immediately Lee acknowledged what had been missed.
We specialise in bathroom refurbishments from updating, replacing your existing bathroom suite up to a complete refurbishment. Our team will carry out all of the work professionally - everything is kept in-house. This means we do not use outside trades or contractors and our employees are paid a salary rather than a daily rate.
We can carry out repairs on all types of boilers, heating systems, pipework and will conduct work on any gas appliance. Our team are Gas Safe (previously Corgi) registered and will provide you with both basic gas repairs and full boiler installations. As a specialist in the supply and fit all types of heating and boiler systems, we can provide you with all manner of boiler installation and supply services using our carefully appointed team.

I’ve used Hot and Cold installations twice now. First time to completely overhaul my mums kitchen including new units, plastering, painting etc. Lee was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and he did a fantastic job, my mum was very happy and relaxed in their company. Second time we had problems with our boiler. Lee was very quick to attend several times and due to having an old boiler we decided to have a new one fitted. Lee was able to recommend a boiler which he came and fitted, he did a fantastic job, very friendly, I could not fault the service and would highly recommend. Will definitely

Lee and Anthony came out to move and replace our boiler. They understood our vision, and the work was perfect. Subsequently, they came back to renovate our kitchen and dining area. The workmanship is of a very high quality, once again. They are very polite and thoughtful people who always clear up after themselves. Thanks guys!

I can’t praise this company enough! I come across this company after someone else this time last year walked off a big building job leaving me out of pocket and in a shell of a house. Lee come and fitted a gas fire for me a few days before Xmas so we had some heating and then 2 weeks ago come an installed a lovely new boiler for us. Once you find a company as professional and trust worthy as these you keep using them. I will be having a new bathroom fitted by them in the new year.
