I had a wonderful experience at Fleur de Lys Bridal! I was the only bride in the store and all three women working that day were so invested in helping me find the perfect dress. I felt like they really listened to what I liked and didn’t like with each pick and they ultimately found the dress that had it all!
They also did a good job having me try different silhouettes with the same features I liked so I could sample several styles and make sure I didn’t rule anything out too early. There was no sales pressure at all; I felt completely relaxed, comfortable, and supported which was really

I chose my dress in August 2020 and it arrived in store December 2020. Upon its arrival, I attended to try the dress on just before Christmas. Up until this point, everything was going smoothly and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and care from the staff.
Around early July of 2021, I contacted the shop to arrange an appointment to try on my dress with the shoes that I had purchased for the wedding. The lady who took the call, booked the appointment in and had no issues with facilitating this appointment. I attended the appointment on the correct date at the said time and unfortunately

Staff were amazing and Rebecca is just the best. A really good reminder why you should support smaller businesses. I went to a few large chain bridal boutiques beforehand and the service cannot even be compared to the service received at Fleur de Lys. No pressuring, just staff that genuinely want you to find that one dress.

I bought my wedding dress from here a few months ago. They stock the most fabulous dresses and really take the time to chat to you and help you on your wedding journey. I really felt valued, which is not something I could say about other bridal shops. Thank you for all of your help in finding my dream dress!

Absolutely wonderful shop for finding the perfect dress. The staff are delightful and are happy to pull out as many dresses as you want to try on. They are helpful with advice suggestions to find the right dress for you. There is no pressure to sell. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. They offer tea, coffee, fizz if you fancy starting your wedding dress experience with a lovely glass of Prosecco.
The shop inside is beautiful. Lovely chandeliers and pretty seating for your bridal party to sit and wait while you try on your dresses.

My first impression was the shop itself, a beautiful elegant building, then the telephone experience, welcoming and efficient. Fleur de Lys had several styles of dresses that I was wanting to try on, and i considered that to find 6 dream dresses in my size, in just one shop was quite an amazing find, especially as I consider myself extremely particular on choice. I have since recommended them to my friend.

I've so glad I found Fleur de Lys. The staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable from the word go. They all have amazing expertise and are willing to share their opinion with you to make sure you find the perfect dress. Nothing is too much. I can't wait to don my gown next year. I had an appointment on Saturday and these guys made me feel a million dollars. I was only able to have my bridesmaid with me and we had to bring a 1 year old with us but they accommodated the baby so well providing toys etc to keep her amused. I had no idea what I wanted but Lesley and Brenda helped me until I had got it down to 2 favourites. I've got the dress of my dreams and I would recommend these guys to everyone!! Thank you all so much
