I would highly recommend staying away from Carl Smith. He came to quote for our job a while ago and after lockdown we decided to instruct him. It was to fit composite decking on a balcony area around 15m2. His price had gone up which we accepted and he said he would come to do the work around April.
We ended up chasing him time and time again and he just kept saying the material was out of stock. In the end, we rang the supplier ourselves to find out they could get it to us in 2-3 days!
