We were initially looking to get new floors and freshly painted walls throughout our flat, but when they came to view for initial quote they also caught some other things that needed work, such as misting of the double glazed window. I had a flood on my business premises from the residential flat above. I contacted Francor and 4 other companies, they gave me the best quote and was happy to take on the repairs knowing i had to wait for payment form my insurance company.
