Andy was in credibly helpful in the early stages of the negotiations, working closely with myself and the landlords and being very communicative throughout the process. Avoid at all costs. Moved into an apartment that had urine stained bedding and mattress that the landlord won't replace (after 30 emails/calls back and fourth they agreed to a steam cleaning of the mattress), faeces left in the toilet, fixtures falling off, dirt everywhere having apparently been "professionally cleaned", filthy walls, a strong curry odour throughout the kitchen/living room that won't go away, a sliding window/door that was broken for 2 weeks and wouldn't close, not being given a hot water card and going without hot water for 2 days, not even an apology
