Services
Over the years we have invested wisely in a range of CNC machinery enabling us to meet most customers needs. A large collection of conventional machines allows us to turn up to 1 metre diameter by 3 metres long. Our largest mill is a twin column machine with a 14-metre table. We supply fabrications to the special purpose machine industry and test rigs to the aerospace sector so have plenty of experience to offer.

A large collection of conventional machines allow us to turn up to 1 metre diameter and up to 5 metres long while our largest mill is a twin column machine with a 14 metre table. Not all components lend themselves to CNC machining, particularly one-off or small batches of less complex components which may be more suited to manual mills and lathes.
We supply fabrications to the special purpose machine industry and test rigs to the aerospace sectors. We have many years experience in welding and machining large fabrications. We are able to work with steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Our experienced fabrication and welding teams are highly skilled and qualified to BS EN 287.
