A2B 2010 are also used regularly by local clubs, groups, schools and all of our drivers are CRB checked.

Excellent local (Gloucestershire, mainly Cheltenham) geographical knowledge - this is extremely important, please do not apply if you do not have excellent local knowledge of areas and streets. Hours Per Week: Part-time shifts; evenings, nights and weekends (over a 24 hour period - you must be flexible).

The taxi never showed up at A, so we had to walk all the way to B!
I have used this service a few times. Mostly fine, however be warned they are not always reliable.
I had to post because I have been let down again and this time was exceptionally poor.
Phoned for taxi, said would be 10 mins. Waited 25 mins, no taxi.
Rang them again, waited on phone, no answer.
No message or anything to explain what happened, just completely ghosted.

I called a2b to book a taxi during a weekend away in Cheltenham and the man on the phone was incredibly rude. I wasn’t sure of the exact address I needed and he wasn’t helpful at all - even sighed at me when he’d already dispatched a taxi that I didn’t actually want for another half an hour. If you need a taxi firm in Cheltenham, use Spa Tax instead - a much better service. This company lost out on hundreds of pounds of business from us across the weekend!

Really terrible service. Called for a quote for a journey, booked outward and return journeys based on that quote. On the outward journey, the driver delivered us to the wrong location- we then corrected him and were taken to the right location, but this meant we were 15 minutes late for a wedding. I then rang up to ensure we would be picked up from the correct location - the office apologised for the mishap and said we would be picked up from the correct location (confirmed where it was) and for the same price. However, the driver for our return journey went to the wrong location again, even though

Absolutely the worst taxi service since the history of records began!
Imagine this: you have asked for a taxi from the middle of nowhere (Cripps Barn) and at a time that you don't really have the option of getting a new taxi (00:30). Not only did this taxi arrive 30 minutes late (Went to Stone Barns...), but half way through the journey decided to charge us for the mistake they made and threatened to leave us in the middle of nowhere if we didn't pay! When we tried to complain to the controller they hung-up on me!

Absolutely disgusting. Taxi picks someone else up i ring the office, they offer to send another. Original one turns up 20mins after initial booking. As I am already late, I ask for a fare reduction. He locks the door and refuses to let me exit to go to the cashpoint. All the while abusing and using threatening language. As a lone female, I was very scared. Disgusting attitude, even refused to let the office know he had arrived and the next taxi would not be needed.. Which I did myself. Never again! Use spa tax.

Update: driver was almost 10 minutes late and took a god awful route resulting in me missing my train (despite leaving a generous amount of time to get there on time). Totally unimpressed. Must reduce to 1 star.
Drivers are all really nice, but the chap that runs the office at night is rude and has terrible hearing which is just an awful mix.
The lady in the office in the day time is much better.

Tried them for the first time today. Booked a taxi allowing 20 minutes to make a 10 minute journey and told the operator I had a bus to catch and at what time. Waited 10 minutes and didn't show, so I missed my bus. Went to book different transport and the driver eventually called 16 minutes late - 4 minutes before I should've been on the bus. I called the office who had a go at me for not being there. Won't be using them again
