I started the business in 2015 when I felt there was a gap in the market for an honest, forward thinking estate agent. I'm hugely passionate about selling, renting & managing properties & treat every property as if it's our own. I believe in making all stakeholders journey with us a positive one! I'm also passionate about sports & spending time with my friends & family.

We used Tobias and his team to rent and sell our families properties over the past few years covering Huddersfield, Wakefield and Leeds.

Recently attended a viewing with Martin for a property in Leeds City centre. Martin was friendly, knowledgeable about the property and communicative at all times following.
We submitted an offer of £50pm below the asking price, with the caveat that we were happy to pay the full asking price, should this be unacceptable.
We received a quick response advising that the landlord was happy to proceed with the offer and would we be happy with a 6 month rolling contract as the landlord intends to sell the house in the future and flexibility would be appreciated.
We said great, and asked for a definition

Would very highly recommend this company for rental management! From the very onset of buying a property to eventually taking over tenant management, Tobias and his team have guided me along the way in a professional and friendly manner. They answer queries in a swift manner..only last week, I emailed at approx 9:30pm and I got a detailed response within 5-10minutes! (Can evidence this if required).
Management of property is one of the very best I have seen. Both tenant and landlord would have no complaints!

He was extremely helpful, professional and communicative during the process of getting the property on the market and he sold my flat within 4 days of this being on the market.
