David Conway began to gain his wealth of experience in 1976 with one of the largest independent estate agents in Middlesex. In 1979 he became the manager of their South Harrow office which soon became the top performing branch amongst a group of 12 offices. During this time he became a professionally qualified Valuer and Surveyor and is now a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
I started to gain my wealth of experience in 1976. I became a branch manager with one of the largest independent estate agents in Middlesex and qualified as a professional Valuer and Surveyor, FRICS. In 1992 I opened David Conway & Company quickly establishing it as the leading agent in the area. In just 2 years we were nominated as one of the top six independent agents in the UK.
We believe we are the busiest and most successful local Estate Agent. Having opened our doors in 1992 we are the longest local established agent in South Harrow. Restored my faith in Estate Agents
David Conway had their work cut out as we had been let down by a well known online Estate agents.
We had paid upfront and got very few viewings.
We met with Ross and he gave us confidence in the team at David Conway and how they can support us in selling our home.
We soon started to get more and better qualified viewings from David Conway and the support alongside the viewings was massive for us.
We got a huge amount of feedback from viewings and ultimately got an offer well above the asking price.
From that point everything was handled by the team at David

We had a very bad experience where agent has half information and that delayed our process when we only had 6 more days to move in where agent promised to finalize the deal but later on making excuses with documentations which he even is not aware of and delaying the process, and at the end because of unknown reason or fault from referencing we were asked to contact them or literally said now nothing can be done. At the end we had to pull out our offer and now struggling to find a place on urgent basis. Not at all cooperative with false commitments. You don't promise if something is not possible

What an excellent and organised agency. I dealt with Ross throughout my purchase, and I found him to be friendly, professional and very accommodating. Although it was a long ordeal getting to completion he was regularly in touch with me to get updates on the vendor's behalf, but never demanding. If I was selling, I'd definitely consider D&C. I even got a surprise gift box of little home start goodies when collecting the keys, which topped off an excellent experience.
