Really lovely experience buying a wedding dress here. A large shop with plenty of space to try on dresses and a huge number of dresses in stock to try. There was no pressure to make a choice and purchase, and follow up visits were advised to make sure of your choice. We were served by Lillia who was very sweet whilst being professional and knowledgeable. They have in house alterations and nothing was too complicated or too much work. We were met with ‘can do’ attitudes from everyone. My daughter and I would definitely recommend this shop and have absolute confidence with our dress choice.

I think something must have changed during the pandemic, because when I ordered my gown, just before the first lockdown, the service was good and the seamstress seemed to know what she was doing.
However when I returned 16 months later to try my dress on (after covid delays) the seamstress I saw was totally useless, and charged a huge amount for the alterations, which had to be paid in cash, and then she disappeared (or was sacked?!) before I went back to collect the dress, so hadn't even done the work! She also gave me advice on buying a veil, only for me to turn up to discover that she'd told

I had such a wonderful experience at Always and Forever. Anita made me feel very comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and gave knowledgeable advice regarding styles and alternations. All of this expertise put together helped me find my perfect dress. The shop itself is lovely and they have so many different dresses and designs. Their website is excellent, it was very useful before my visit to give me an idea of what dresses I wanted to try on.

I visited this shop at the weekend with 3 guests, We paid for a VIP package which was great, hyped up a little when sold to me (with what it comes with) but the two hour slot and experience was defiantly worth it. I tried many dresses, they have such a beautiful range and probably something for every budget. We got lucky as only one other appointment round the back so felt like we had the place to ourselves. Amy was our stylist and she was fab, nothing was a problem, she was friendly and honest with her thoughts and made us feel very welcome. Not at all pushy which makes me want to buy a dress

I visited this store on Saturday with my family. The range of dresses were amazing and Gemma the stylist was super patient and very helpful. Gemma helped pick the type of gowns that I really like. Unfortunately, I fell in love with a dress at another shop. However, I thoroughly recommend this shop and stylist.

I do love the dress I got from them , I can't say the price was too much but unfortunately it is all about the money . They forget they dealing with women that all theyr life had dream about this day and until you pay they will sell you dreams, after you proceed the payment you will receive a huge disappointment. They told me they will make my dress look like brand new , unfortunately even if it was second hand it would have been more clean , I spent a lot of money and I ended up with them sending me to dry cleaners. Even the tailoring it is way over priced. I am not sure who owns this store but

- all possible stars! The most horrible experience ever. It's like a robbery. I went to this salon to look for my wedding dress and because it was the first place I went once I saw the dress I liked I was so afraid it will be sold by the time I could visit other salons. So I asked to keep it for me and the lady took £50 as holding fee, which was completely fine for me as when I asked what happens if I decide not to take the dress she said it won't be returnable, but I could put this money against other things from their shop. The receipt I was given was just from the card machine, without any

Had the most amazing time at this bridal shop the staff was so lovely and friendly I was a bit worried from last few reviews but my experience was perfect. I was looked after so was my mum I’m a bigger girl and they had a large selection for me to try on I ended up saying yes to the dress and I am so happy Anita and the team where lovely

Amazing experience. I have visited 3 bridal salons before this one and I was starting to loose hope. Becky was incredible I chose some dresses that I really liked and based on that she found me the prefect dress. Thank you Becky, you really made my day. Amazing dresses and amazing service. Highly recommend it.
