Saw a car online and popped in to see it. They were very busy, only 2 on and they were serving customers. When I spotted a man going away, I waited then went into reception to ask for help. The sales guy came out and said sorry he was just finishing something, No problem at all. I then asked about a Mazda and queried about the projection shield. He gave a quick run down on what it was and did, then said he had a customer out on a test drive. I pointed out I was interested in a couple of cars, but he didn't seem bothered. He didnt offer to get the keys so I could look inside, or I wasn't invited

Went in just for a look as i was in the market for a new car but wasn't sure what.
I was allowed to look around without the constant hassle of a salesperson badgering me to talk to them - all the while they were there if i had any questions.
I spoke with Emma regarding a car I liked the look of, she was super helpful and took all the time we needed to discuss the car we were interested all while offering factual differences between the car we were interested in and its competitors (and cars we thought we may have wanted). We then left to go look at other garages feeling quite

Excellent customer service. They were very accommodating to my difficult schedule and were able to get my service done super fast. I loved the video they sent me off the safety check - a really nice touch, and I loved how clean my car was when I got it back, I never get it that shiny. Well worth the money.
