An excellent service from Philip Bullman in the sale of our flat in E1. We received interest in the property very quickly. Thereafter, unlike most estate agents, he took a very active role in the sale process, ensuring that all parties kept up a level of urgency and did not let matters rest. In that way, the sale was completed within a tight timetable, which is what we wanted. We would recommend Philip.

Dealing with Adrian who is the ‘renewals manager’ (although not entirely sure what he does apart from send unprofessional and incorrect information over email). We have experienced some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced. He is rude , unprofessional, unhelpful and unapologetic . Errors with our contract going back and fourth and we were made to feel like we were in the wrong , to the point of feeling threatened and no one has apologised to us . I will never deal with this estate agent again . AVOID

The manager, Olivier, whose calming french accent and direct sincerity and compassion immediately reassures you that this Estate Agent is as honest and helpful and the most trustworthy I have ever come across- I’ve dealt with a few over my 30+ years as an adult moving buying and renting

Recently sold a property through the Balham office and dealt with Philip Bullman; what an absolute gentleman, best agency experience I’ve had and a pleasure to deal with. Calm, experienced, courteous and a very sensible head on his shoulders. He navigated the whole process, from finding a buyer from outside the area, dealing with the solicitors (never easy), managing expectations all round and keeping us updated regularly and making himself available when needed. 1. They changed the terms of the tenancy (length of tenancy), after the deposit etc was paid and it was too late for us to back out.
2. The property was full of the previous tenants belongings. We were initially told to remove these ourselves (which we should never have to), then the agency were due to, but it took so long and we ended up doing most of this ourselves.

This review is for Philip Bullman - the estate agent who recently sold me my first flat. I have to recommend Philip's service in the highest terms possible. From my first viewing, he handled my purchase with a phenomenal level of expertise and experience, as well as with urgency to move things along quickly.
