As soon as I met Richard I felt able to entrust him with my accounts for Cairncross Media Ltd, in fact, the company was just one of his good ideas. Pro-active, down to earth, with a great sense of humour, I value that Richard is up to date enough to use email and skype combined with the personal touch of meetings if needed.
