We provide electrical services to a wide range of commercial clients including The National Trust, independent businesses, offices, care homes, factories and building companies. We offer in-house lighting design and CAD facilities providing project management where required. We have engineers with a wealth of experience and we are regularly involved in office refurbishment projects.
We work for a number of letting agents on a regular basis. It is the Landlord's responsibility to ensure that the electrical installation and appliances provided by the landlord are safe. It is recommended that fixed wiring be tested every 5 years. Houses in multiple occupation must be tested every 5 years.
