The team is very responsive and helpful hoewever I got the sense that they were leveraging my offer even after I put in a deposit to get a better deal, especially since the person who got the apartment went through the same agency. this is after a member of their staff confirmed that everything is in place and all we had to do is wait for the lease agreement

Not helpful and don't really care,
Made an inquiry about a property and asked if the landlord was willing to give it unfurnished as I have my own furniture. They said come and view the property first and if you're happy make an offer we can find out if the landlord is happy to give it unfurnished. Shouldn't they find it out first before making a viewing without wasting my time. After all I'm working full time (one of the criteria they need from renters) sure I'll drive an hour to make an offer to a property that was not going to happen. They said they ll call the landlord and let me know. Never

I've been renting my property for 5 years now with Beresford Residential. This year was a very depressed rental market with covid impacting everything. The team worked very hard to get my property rented again, though at a reduced rate to the previous years, but this is to be expected. The bottom line is they were very diligent and professional and got it rented again. Hopefully the market will pick up again in 2022!

We just sold our flat with Beresford residential in Brixton. Shelly Ann Spencer was our contact and she has been fantastic. It was a long and difficult process and we are very grateful to her as we would have never been able to sold it without her. She found the right buyers. She had been very good at keeping contact with both solicitors, the buyers and us to keep us updated and make things move forward at every step of the process to make it happen. Based in France we could not come to the flat but she took care of everything until it was sold.
