Services
We have been established since 1987 with our head office based just outside York, close to the villages of Upper and Nether Poppleton. Our Company is a family business and is based on property development in both the fields of Residential and Commercial. Residential includes the building of new homes along with some refurbishment, mainly in the London area.
Fred founded London Ebor Developments in 1988 and was soon joined by the estates team from his retail drugstore business, which had been sold some months before. Initially high street retail properties were developed but within 10 years the company had expanded into commercial and residential. Experience was gained restoring heritage commercial buildings into apartments and houses before moving into new build schemes.
