N Marshall and Son have carried out my annual boiler service for me for the last two years. The service is excellent - very professional. The report is typed and sent to me by email (contrast the handwritten and sometimes almost illegible report I used to get from British Gas). The cost is very reasonable (much less than British Gas). Strongly recommend.

I needed some repairs to my boiler as I had no hot water and my insurance improved the situation (we now have warm water, not hot) but would not replace the all parts. My insurance insisted on a Power Flush before replacing the additional parts. So I called N Marshall & Sons, very friendly on the phone, and arranged a Power Flush and a Limescale Reducer to be placed on my pipes for a week later. No one turned up! I have called their land-line and mobile number, leaving a message to call me back, and still no response. I have now wasted another week without having proper hot water. I feel this is
