We cannot fault our experience with Kia earlier this year. All staff we came into contact with were polite & courteous.
All staff conformed to Covid-19 regulations & we felt safe within the showroom.
We are thrilled with our Sportage!!! Having never had a 4WD larger car before, this was all new to us. We were supported throughout the purchase by Sales Executive Gino Dickens; he was attentive but not overbearing - no question was too small or silly. We never once felt pressured into purchasing a car & Gino's communication skills & insight were second to none.

We have just purchased an Electric Niro from Clarks. The service was excellent, and Andrew was really helpful and pleasant to deal with. From the first conversation on the phone, the test drive and handover he was a pleasure to deal with. While he took a short holiday Geoff took over and ensured that the car was prepared and everything sorted so we could collect the car on Andrews first day back. Thank you both

I have dealt with a large number of dealerships in over 50 years of car ownership, and Clark's is the best dealership I have ever used. Most recently I was offered an excellent trade in deal on my current car and Gino ordered a new car for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and gave a very clear explanation of the finance deal on offer. I can thoroughly recommend Clark's for both car purchase and servicing.

Finally found the car I have been looking for! Gino was great both on the phone and face to face. Guided us on a great test drive, taking us around different roads to really get a feel for the car. Lovely relaxed feel to the process. Overall pleased with the service and what they will do to ensure the car is ready to collect. Looking forward to collecting the car next week.
