Peter our workshop manager has years of experience and bags of knowledge, he also loves to get his hands dirty.
Cross Street Travel Swindon - We hire minibuses in Swindon with professional CRB checked minibus drivers to ensure your journey is both an enjoyable and safe one and our minibus are regularly VOSA checked. We hire a wide range of minibuses for our wide range of Swindon clients, here at Cross Street Travel we have the latest fleet of 8 seater, 12 seater, 14 seater and 16 seater minibuses available for hire for both local and national trips.

Really impressed with the customer service I have received after my car broke down on the motorway and had to be transported back to a garage out of hours. I chose Cross Street garage and they've really been great. They ordered parts, fixed it really quickly and will bring it back to me ready for Christmas. Thank you Cross Street!

The owner was very rude, I parked the car in front of the mechanics because there was no parking space nearby, I received an indication to take the car for an inspection there, the owner arrived in an embarrassing way asking me to take the car and that if I wanted to be answered, I was supposed to go to the office and not there

Purchased 65 reg Abarth 595 Competizione from Cross Street Garage in June 2019 from Auction.
On the day I visited Cross Street Garage for a test drive and to view the Abarth 595 Comptizione, the Abarth was in the garage for a few repairs. They put only one new cheap tyre on and all other 3 tyres seemed to have nearly 1.6mm of depth. I asked them to put three new tyres on to match the one new one that had already gone on. They said that I have to pay for 3 cheap tyres at a total of £150! When I took the Abarth 595 for a test drive, I noticed the clutch was very heavy and it was so hard to put

Keith and the gang at Cross Street Garages in Old Town always go beyond the call of duty to satisfy the needs of the customer. No matter how frustrated post puncture you may be, they are understanding, informative and solution focussed. Serving as a key worker, even in times of pandemic, the squad at Cross Street were able to have me up and running again within a few hours. They even picked me up to save me the bus journey to collect the car. A thoughtful bunch and I am glad to see that garage's such as Cross Street think about what they can contribute to Swindon, enrolling as pillars of the community

Big thanks to Keith and his employees. I rang him up late in the working day with an MOT problem and he understood the urgency of my situation and managed to squeeze in a booking for me the next day, despite being fully booked. I think they went above and beyond to get me back on the road asap, and they provided an excellent service for a good price. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Absolutel cowboys. They did not fix what was asked if them and continued to add on extra work that needed doing. They ordered the wrong parts in for the car and delayed the work being completed leaving us with out use of another vehicle for two weeks.
They then returned the car for a pipe to pop off while driving on my first trip back.
Within a month the check engine returned with the same issue as before. We had another mechanic look at it to be told the work had not been completed. £1000 for a repair that wasn't actually DONE. I took the car back to them after explaining my issues and they

Rang them at 3pm today as my son's car had an oil leak. Said to drop the car over and they would fix it Monday. Dropped the car off at 3.30. Had a call at 5pm to say the car was fixed. Excellent, speedy and efficient service. Totally customer focused. Never used them before but certainly will in the future.
