Bringing over 30 years in the sheet metal and fabrication trade, the company was set up to cater for the complex and varying fabrication needs of the utilities, mining, transport and heavy industries of the UK and Ireland.
Arcon exploit one of the most modern and intricate assembly systems to date to become a major force in the beam assembly market. A specialised workshop with custom-made machinery forms part of a well-established system combining excellent production rates with top build quality. An assembly jig, built in-house and fitted with air clamps minimises basic assembly time by allowing a team to quickly level and tack-weld all sections of the beam.
Arcon Engineering are one of the leading sub-contract fabrication companies in Ireland for the quarrying and mining industry. The company supplies a range of sub-assemblies from basic kits to heavy crushers, screeners and conveyors. Using computer-controlled design, cutting and folding technologies and a team of experienced fabricators allows the company to deliver on very intricate design requirements and on a large scale.
