I am very pleased with AeroTaxi SOUTHAMPTON. . They are so prudent and helpful. I entered wrong my journey’s date, and they helped me to solve the problem I caused. They found solution to my problem immeadiately, and with any query. I would lose thy chance to get home for Christmas.

Booked taxi weeks in advance for celebratory meal out.
Taxi arrived over 10 minutes late which caused stress as we had booked a table at a very nice restaurant. Driver then sped 55 in a 40 and took almost every corner too fast causing us discomfort and to hold on to stop from tipping over.
And then the return taxi I had booked was also late (same driver), sped a lot less though which is good.
Overall very disappointing for nearly £70 worth of taxi to be late on both journeys, break the law consistently, and we had an unpleasant journey.

We decided to go with Aero Taxis to take us home from Heathrow airport, as they were able to provide a car seat for the relatively long journey. Other companies weren't able to (it's not a legal requirement for a baby to travel in a car seat in a private hire vehicle, but I wanted safety for the longer journey). They were also reasonably priced compared with quotes from other companies.

I always use Aero Taxis as from booking the taxi through to being collected they are very helpful and professional. Always willing to have a chat. Driving is to an extremely high standard. Always clean and all necessary precautions taken due to C19. The receptionist is so very helpful and such a lovely person to deal with.
